Crafter / Vendor Information

We offer the following areas for setup; preference will be granted in order by which the request was received and payment is confirmed until spaces run out.

Set up Area Descriptions:
  • Cafeteria - $45
    1 full cafeteria table per space, approx 12 ft.
  • Hallway - $35 first floor only
    Spaces are appx. 8' long x 4' deep, must provide your own table
  • Main corridor - $35 between the main entrance and cafeteria doors
    Spaces are appx. 8' long x 4' deep, must provide your own table
  • Food Truck - $50 located in front of main entrance of school
    Food truck will also benefit from other activities taking place on school grounds that day (sports, etc.)

Double spaces are the cost of 2 spaces for example - 2 cafeteria tables will be $90. 2 hall space tables would be $70, etc.

Spaces will be assigned by order in which they are received with a confirmed payment.
Crafter / Vendor Sign Up
  • Complete the Google form to APPLY for a space in the event (to avoid duplicates vendors or companies- we are a juried event in order to prevent duplication - the committee reserves the right to accept or deny any application based upon the photos submitted or lack of photos submitted.) 
  • Please note: Submitted photos may be used for advertising.
  • WAIT until you get an email reply with your approval- after September 6. Payment is due within 48 hours of notification of acceptance. 
  • We'll update the webpage with current crafters/vendors
  • Limited spaces with access to electricity $10
