There are two options for ordering/payment:
1) Online/electronic - Fill out form to the left and hit submit. Pay online by clicking Donate button to the right.
2) Check - Download the banner form. It is a fillable PDF. Send the completed banner form to school. Please follow the directions on the form regarding how to address the envelope. Enclose a check or money order for payment.
