After Prom is a safe, supervised, fun, ALCOHOL-FREE, DRUG-FREE party offered to all NCHS Senior students and their guests immediately following Prom. After Prom events, which have expanded nationwide, are promoted to avoid teen alcohol-related traffic fatalities which rise dramatically during prom season.
WHO WE ARE The Committee for After Prom is made up of parent and family volunteers of North County High School students. Planning for such a big event takes a lot of time and people to make it successful! The NCHS PTSA After Prom event is a tremendous undertaking, and we need your help!

COMMUNITY SUPPORT Although often held at NCHS, After Prom is not school funded. This event is entirely supported by local businesses, community leaders and organizations, and NCHS parents / families ...all interested in providing a safe and fun celebration.
WHAT HAPPENS AT AFTER PROM? This is a FREE event for NCHS prom attendees and guests. Festivities are still in planning, but generally include games, inflatables, selfie stations, food, prizes and more...from 11pm to 2am.
WHO CAN ATTEND AFTER PROM? North County High School seniors who are attending prom, and their guests. All After Prom attendees must have an After-Prom ticket, which students can sign up for when they purchase their Prom tickets.
HOW CAN YOU HELP? We had a great turnout for 2023! We need your donations, and help, to make this event happen for our Seniors. Let's help make a memorable 2024 Prom!!

To serve on the After Prom Committee send an email to nchsprombreakfast@gmail.com, or join us at one of our meetings! Junior and Senior parents and families are encouraged to participate.

If you plan to volunteer at the After Prom Breakfast, you will need to either have your background check done or have been fingerprinted for AACPS. The Background Check Application is found here at the very bottom of the webpage: https://www.aacps.org/Page/1869. Please let us know after you have submitted the application, have done the fingerprinting option, or are an AACPS employee. Thanks!
